We used a plate recognition system to read vehicle plates instead of exchanging parking tickets. The information would be sent to our platform so that the users could check the parking time and proceed to payment seamlessly.

One of the team members often loses the parking ticket because some shopping malls use paper receipts as parking tickets. In addition, the payment becomes very inconvenient when there is no cash for the payment.

I created a platform using LineOA since most users have already been already using Line. Users could scan a QR code at the entry to connect with a LineOA to check parking time and pay parking fees without the burden to keep the physical tickets.
